Programme: Master of Human Resource Management (equivalent to MBA in HR)
Duration: 2 years Full Time
Number of Seats: 30
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in Engineering/Postgraduate inScience/Commerce/Humanities and Social Sciences with 60%marks in aggregate or equivalent.
Important Dates:
Application Opens: 9th January, 2014
Application Closes: 14th February, 2014
Course Fee:
Tuition Fee - 75,000 Rs per semester
Hostel and Establishment Charges - around 20,000 Rs for 2013-15 batch (subject to revision)
Admission Procedure:
Step 1: Take the CAT-2013 Examination
Step 2:
(a) The application fee is Rs. 1600 /- (sixteen hundred) for general candidates and Rs. 800 /- (eight hundred) for candidates pertaining to SC/ST/PH category.
(b) The starting date for receiving applications is after CAT 2013 results. The candidate may complete the online application form by clicking here http://erp.iitkgp.ernet.in/MHRMApplications
(c) The candidate may then obtain a demand draft for the application fee made in favour of "IIT Kharagpur" payable at Kharagpur.
(d) Then, the candidate has to send the print-out of the completed online application form along with photocopies of proof of qualification and experience, and the requisite demand draft to:

b) Bangalore: 29th to 31st March, 2014
c) Delhi: 22nd to 24th March, 2014
d) Mumbai: 12th to 14th March, 2014
Application Fee:
1600 Rs for General Candidates
800 Rs for SC/ST/PH category
No Application Fee for Female Applicants

Median CTC: 7.53 LPA

what can be the required percentile for call( i know its impossible to comment but just rough idea )..i b-tech(75%) engineer with 18 months work ex--85+ % in 10th and 12th...thanks in advance!!

Guys, for cutoff related queries, kindly read this comment:
MHRM doesn't disclose any cutoff for CAT score.
Every application we receive is scrutinized minutely by our professors who take a holistic approach in deciding who should get a call for GD/PI.
Every aspect- from academics to co-curricular, from Work-experience to CAT score is taken into consideration.
The final cut-off is then decided based upon the quality and number of applications received.
Although, last year, most of the candidates we encountered at various GD/PI locations had their CAT percentile in this range:
Gen Category: 80+ percentile.
OBC: 70+ percentile.
ST/SC: 60+ percentile.
These are tentative figures to help you decide.
This is not to say that those with a slightly lower percentile stand no chance. If your overall academics is good and you have good work experience,you can expect a GD/PI call.
