Greetings to all of you in here !!!
Myself Abhishek, an IT professional with 6+ years of experience. I have been pursuing my career in SAP from last 6 years but have a strong desire to move to Garment merchandising. I have been doing it volunteerly also and had few face to face interaction with merchandisers also for highly reputed brands.
Now being the desire I would love to pursue my career further in this but with vast experience in IT sector this switch it highly impossible as my friends( from top 10 B schools of world) says so.
I would need further insight in this regard and would seek help or advise so that I can really go ahead or pursue my career in this very field.
What will be pros and cons of this switch ? whether this possibility of switch exist in any form like brand management or some other ? which are the top 20 colleges in this regard ?
