For years the Admissions Vertical of Corporate Communications Cell, MDI Gurgaon has been playing an important role of being the bridge between the administration and the prospective students, answering their queries - some serious, some frivolous, conducting the WAT-GD-PI mentorship program, organising Ecclesia across the country and many more.
Being on the other side of the college a year back, we understand how important and tensed times like these are and so we have tried to put our best foot forward towards making this ride of yours an easier one.
In about a few days from now, you will be passing through the hallowed portals of MDI Gurgaon, and we believe that this is the time we introduce the entire Admissions Vertical to you.
To start with, we would like to introduce our able leader Mr. Ganesh Sashank (@ganeshsashank ), Secretary, Corporate Communications Cell, without whose support this wouldn't have been possible.
We hope we have done justice to the job and at the same time we promise to give our best shot, in the remaining days to come, at making your journey to MDI Gurgaon a comfortable one.
As per my info, marketing managers make sure company is able to sell brand/products, finance guys take care of company's expenses, what do general management/consulting guys do?
We had a word with the Country Business Manager at HP who has offered exclusive Laptop deals to MDI converts.

In lieu of the same, all registrations shall be duly verified before being sent to HP.
We shall send the first list of registered students by 6.00PM, 10-May-2016 (i.e. Tuesday) so that we can request HP officials to grant access to the online portal for all the registered students.

As informed before, you will be added to the group only if you follow both the above mentioned steps.
This is to inform everyone, that people who have received admission offers from MDI Gurgaon, need to necessarily send mail (along with requisite information as mentioned in the mail) to admissions@mdi.ac.in after paying the fee. Without the mail, payments will not be accepted.
Was curious to know the lowest percentile for a General category candidate that got admission into the PGPM program last year... anyone has that info? Also, what is the avg. percentile of PGPM guys?
Hi...I have 3 months notice period and my hr told me that there is no provision of buying it. Now I left with no option except to take LWP. Will I have any problems during internship and final placements??
Unable to understand one thing..There are 21 upgrades and 8 people either not joining or having 1st pref as HR in the tracker. So how come 48 new offers were made in the HR department
@swatahsiddha In 2015 summers for PGPM 104 companies visited the campus and this number reduced to 90 this summers. Any specific reason for such decrease in numbers of companies visiting the campus?
Since the results of new iims is around the corner... and before people get biased over the choice of selection... I am putting up this query.
Profile : 4 years+ in IT. Want to avoid IT after MBA. My CTC is also on a bit higher side. Hence choosing MBA is based solely on placements+internship+ROI.
here is the convert I have in hand:
MDI PGPIM (International management) : average : 16.5 fees : 23-24 lack(depends... Could be lower if I secure internship in europe)
Options I am looking for + research done till yet:
Iim Ranchi: average : 14.xx good placement show( only thing I don't like is no of companies visiting campus reduced to 40%.. But hoping for enhanced placement near future)
Iim Udaipur: avg 12.91....2nd highest placement . city of palace ;)
Iim kashipur : because they have Corbett :p and industrial belt for live projects.
(Increase intake may affect placement)
Iim Raipur: capital of state. Good connectivity. (Increase intake may affect placement)
Iim rohtak : NCR proximity for placements.
Iim trichy : avoiding... Don't wanna go south.( but they are performing well and decent placement +proximity to Bangalore+ iim k)

I have bad acads.. as in 10 is fine with 83% but 12 is 68%...i am a girl..(general).. economics hons final year exam just given. Would like to know if any of u.. with a profile similar to mine are there? I mean.. can i dream for this college.. mdi? So would be really helpful if anyone would answer. Thanks a ton!
