Also adcom take into consideration the gpa of bachelors degree alone or mcom marks also ?

For MBA in US 16 years is mandatory. There ll be very few schools that will accept your 15 year education. Adcom considers both Bachelors and Masters GPA.
Some schools like Harvard and Stanford might accept 15 years but you ll need to have a very strong profile to get into those (anyways those schools r in top league so competition is crazy)
