this is Prashant,new to this forum.currently im working in the quality control dept in a FMCG company from feb 2011.im 2011 b.tech(biotechnology) passout.preparing for MBA entrance exams 2012.but the main problem which im facing is that im working schedule is of shifts(morning,evening n nite)
.so any one here who is also working in the shifts can plz help me regarding the proper preparation techniques in such kinda schedule.
