Look at IIT-SOM's, IISC, SPJain, NITIE. they give system oriented MBA's. you can pickup electives in systems plus they have good system infra as well as faculty.

PUMBA takes MAH-CET scores as its a uiversity dept collg.
i guess most of the collgs provide Systems as asn specialisation under CET.

SCIT and SICSR have courses related to MBA/PGDM in IT/Systems.
pls check the resp. threads on PG.
hope that helps,

You seem to be confused about domain vs tools. well here it goes:
1. Domain or vertical means industry expertise in a specific industry like banking-fin services-insurance(BFSI) or Aerospace/Manufacturing/Chemicals etc. about 30 of them. u need atleast 5-6 years hands-on(not software)experience to be called a person from that domain. 10 or more to be an expert.
2. horizontal expertise as finance, HR, sales etc.
3. your job is defined as expertise in certain domain as in Finance expert in manufacturing domain ans so on.
4. ERP is a SW/system tool which is available pre-configured for different verticals e.g. ERP for banking/insurance, ERP for Aerospace, ERP for chemical industry etc. these ERP's have in-bult modules on finance, HR, manufcturing/process specifically developed for these industries.
5. ERP also comes configured specific to countries/s. eg. ERP for China, ERP for australia etc conforming to legal, HR and other practices of that specific country.
so you have a choice to become a domain/verical expert, country expert and so on. country expertise also needs skills in native language of that country.

i hope i have confused you further but thats how these complex enterprise SW work.
