I have been a Software Developer at Microsoft for 2 years and have recently started considering the various options laid out before me presently. So I was wondering what kind of jobs do you get after doing an MBA in IT from IIM.
Also correct me if I am wrong but is it called MIS( Management in Information Sciences) that the IIMs offer? Or MBA in IT is different from MIS? If yes then kindly do share the kind of jobs/roles that IIM Grads majoring in MIS get.
A little background: I have done my BTech in Computer Science and had appeared for CAT 2010 securing above 99 percentile. I had also managed a few calls then but as I made it to Microsoft I thought of gaining some work ex before.
