education is free in that the tuition fees is zilch. the govt pays for you.
however germany is not known for management studies. in fact the first college that offered 2 years MBA opened not quite in the distant past.

Any specific reasons for germany other than studies?

Germany has some colleges of reupte for technical studies and masters of Science.

Germany is not known for management education.

Besides you will face a host of issues such as Work permit problems, racism, low job opportunites etc etc..

For technical education and research, germany has renowned institutes like Fraunhoffer's chain of technical schools. In domain of management German schools are yet to make a mark.

Lemme guess this one .... His ID is rakesh.sap .... that suggests he most Probably works for SAP ... and that is germany based

Ok fun apart .... It is correct that Germany is not well known for Management studies ..... but it if might not be a bad option if you want to take up and MBA related to some technical field .... Say IT Management
Infact big companies like SAP and Siemens are investing a huge amount of money on such schools ..... SAP has its own Business school at Israel!

Job scenario is descent considering the fact that you wont have a huge competetion ... as not many from outside likes to work in Germany, Israel and other neighbouring countries!

However studies at any German school demands a firm knowledge of the local language!! ... which might be little hard to nibble!

LOL wherever it is free there you will find a long queue of Indians.Stop this cheap attitude.

Free my ass , it must be free for german and EU nationals but for others its expensive and as costly as US fees.

Well coming to germany , its clearly not renowned for management education.If you wanna do engineering then go there and yea you got to know the language too.If you dont know german when you are in germany your like a fish out of water

Hello,

I just recently got a GMAT score of 640. I know this is not a very good score. I know that my chances at a very good B school in India is out of the question. Can somebody tell me which are some of the good B schools in Germany or for that matter anywhere except India?
