It is possible to do MBA with H1 in US. However, you will have to enroll for a weekend or evening MBA program.

Process is same as applying to full time MBA. Outlined below :-

1. GMAT score
2. TOEFL score (some university waive it depending on how long you been staying in US)
3. Recommendations
4. Essays.

My suggestion would be to sort out the schools first that fits your future goals and take the gmat exam and get a good score. Then you can go the selected school websites and start the application online.
