I would suggest UIUC...Purdue might have some recognition, but UIUC too is a very reputed university. The location for both schools isn't that great, so there is nothing much to choose there. Also, Purdue's rankings seem to be degrading every year..

Purdue might have more recognition in India compared to UIUC...
$110 is a lot of money, believe me!!!
