I'm presently working in TCS, only been a year and I'm still a trainee.
I passed my B.Tech in 2011.
I don't want to continue anymore, the higher up HR guys behave with us like we are peasants.
I want to do an MBA, maybe come back to the IT world and work in some management position.
So can anyone guide me as to which major should I go for in MBA?
Salary isn't an issue, I want more onsite opportunities.
I have missed the CAT 2012 deadline for application, so name some exams and colleges left for which I can apply now.

I have completed by B.E in Information Technology . wll be soon pursuing masters in management studies . I wanna go as analyst/business analyst in future as my career job. moreover I am not inclined much towards programming field. so which specialization i should go for Finance or I.T ?
