I have so far been a silent reader of the forum and have seen several aspirants ponder the question of mba admission consultants. After talking to over 6 consulting companies and much thinking, I have recently signed-up with Ivy MBA consultants to help me with my application. I understand that using a consultant means you make a huge investment of money, time and hopes and hence I plan to regularly post here my experience with Ivy consultant as I go through the application cycle. Hopefully this will help others who might face the same kind of confusion, questions and doubts that I was facing few months back. I will be happy to answer queries over email as well though the response might not be immediate. However I will be writing mainly on my experience and opinion of Ivy's services and its impact on my application, its cost-benefit aspects etc, not about the consultants or their process.
As of now I have given them a whole lot of personal details about my professional experiences, extra-curriculars etc and am waiting to hear back from them. [not to mention I have also given them a whole lot of money 😞 Hoping desperately that it wont be a waste]
