Please use this thread for all kind of discussion regarding MAY MAT which was held on 6th May, 2012.

Please get the complete details here- MAT Entrance Test, Mat Exam Date, Mat Entrance Exam

Lets discuss how was the exam and what is the score we are expecting. Do mention your number of attempts also. As per my knowledge results would be out soon also.

As we move forward, we will also discuss about colleges on the same thread.

Any kind of query is welcome related to May 2012 and also for Sept 2012.

I have given MAY MAT 2012 !!
attempted..112 Questions overall..;
ICR-38;(98%accuracy)
LC-33;(80%accuracy)
DS-17(80%accuracy)
MS-15(75% accuracy) roughly..
Roughly I expect ..65marks net score..(in worst case)
what can be my composite score and percentile..

EMPI & NDIM is a good option
Jaipuria noida is also good going with infra wise, otherwise the fee is too high, i was selected for the noida campus
IILM which campus??

empi fee is too high around 8.5..jaipuria n ndim r almost t same when it comes to placements
jaipuria fee is 7.1 whereas ndim is 6.5, placemnts for ndim r good

i recommend between these 2 colleges..u should meet students and visit both colleges

avoid iilm n goenka

Will i be able to get any gud colleges for HR .

And 99.26 %ile in Language
Comprehension .......

MAT cllgs are not good in HR and moreover, the percentile is not that high to get into the best cllgs under MAT
better go for this years CAT/XAT

how long can i use my mat score. i score 635.5 and also planning for cat 2012. if something goes wrong in my cat, cam i use my mat score for getting admission in November December2012 or again i have to give sep 2012 mat. i am bit confused help me out , because i want to make some improvement for the next time and wait, pl help me out..................

not yet.. there are some gud colleges where you can apply like FIIB, JIMS rohini etc.

you can use ur score upto may 2013

Hi

I have scored 759.5/99.04th percentile in MAT may 2012. I want to apply for Great Lakes Chennai but I was informed that admissions are closed for the current year. So I am going to apply again next year. Should I take up MAT once again or can I apply next year using my current scores? Please help.
