Why did you chose Mannheim?? I have some doubts wrto that 😞
I have submitted my completed application and have been called for the first selection interview on Feb 6th !!
I chose Mannheim because its the top B-School in Germany, has multiple tracks within its program that allows the student to study a complete semester in the Partner B-schools and these are pretty good renowned schools. Also, the academic program fits in the aspirations that I have from my MBA degree. It is pretty decent school with a good reputation and is triple accreditated.
What doubts you have ?
Yea i chose it for similar reasons. But I have my doubts regarding the career services and the job opportunities.
I have my last interview on 31..

I am working as an Application Lead with a Telecom client in Stockholm, Sweden. An IT professional with 4.5 yrs of exp including 2.5 yrs of international exp !!
The interview was quite pleasant. No stress questions. Quite a general conversation I would say. Case study also was quite intriguing.

I have around 2.5 years of work ex. 1/2 of in Germany.. I have applied to ISB, NTU and Mannheim. What abt you? GMAT score?
My GMAT score is on the lower side ..its 620 ..so banking on my wrk ex and profile ...whats ur GMAT score ? I have applied for Warwick business school, Cass Business school, NTU (will be applying soon) !!
my GMAT is 690... not that great either... 😞
Heyy aim12 ....i got through my first interview ... and now have got the case study so need to start working on it ..though I have a question about the reference book that they have recommended ....from whr did u get the reference book ? Did you purchase or downloaded online for free ? Can you please let me know ...it ll be helpful !!

I did not use the book they recommended. I guess the topic was quite general so I mostly used some basic books.
By the way I got an admit.

Just came across your thread. I have a horrible Gmat score - 630. WE - 6.5 years.
So looking for schools with a little lower cut off. Could you please advise on the application process and the total course fees (tuition+living costs)?
Also, am not from engineering background. Would that be a hindrance for placements since my profile is a little different?

Hi ..I have 5 yrs of wrk exp in 3 different sectors ....more than 2.5 yrs of international exp ..currently based in sweden ..wrking as an Application lead !!! GMAT is on the lower side 620 ...but i think my profile and case study analysis compensated for it 😃 !!! So have you been kept on waiting list ? best of luck ..hope you get through ..I had got the decision 2 days after my Final Interview !!! I have now accepted the offer !!
