Would like to know about doing M.Phil at Jain University, Bangalore.

Hi,

M.Phil is often mistaken for an MSc in Philosophy. It is one of the least known research degrees. 

So what is M.Phil?

>M.Phil is a research degree which gives you a similar skill set to a Ph.D.

Jain University's M.Phil program is a one year course which consists of 2 semesters. Term 1 is 8 months, which includes,

👍 Research Methodology

👍 Core paper (as an elective)

👍 Specialization paper (guide paper)


Term 2 is for completing the Dissertation, it will have a duration of 4 months. Along with this, the candidate will have to undertake courses related to general skills.
