Class X : 89.4
Class XII : 82.4Engineering : 9.2 CGPA completed June 2013
Work EX : Graduate design engineer in a R&D; firm. started June -2013
Some Of the queries I have regarding GMAT are:
1.
Knowing that GMAT is one the parameters in a B school admit.
But these days many of the B-schools are also accepting GRE scores.
Being an engineer giving a GRE exam seems a better option as it gives me flexibility to choose between MS and MBA programs.
Since GRE scores are also acceptable,then why only GMAT ?
What is major difference between these two tests as both follow none or less the same pattern.

What is the ideal point of time when one should write his/her GMAT exam.
I have heard from people that that one must complete at least 2 years of experience ,then he/she may write the exam.
Even though this score is valid for 5 years , there are some schools for which different application rounds specify that GMAT exam date should fall on or before that.

Here if a person who has given his GMAT between 16th September 2008 and 6th January 2009 and wants to apply in round 2.
Why can't he/she apply in round 2 ?
3. What is the probability of more schools accepting GMAT scores in India for citizens of India ?
As right now only few schools accept GMAT SCORES.(ISB ,SP JAIN, Great Lakes, IMT )
