Hi Everybody,

I am Stuti Jain, from Kanpur. Though I have lived for the past one year at Gurgaon, when I came to JRE School of Management, I felt a bit nostalgic (though I was already staying away from home 😛 ) If I were to tell the truth, I had no ambitious plans of doing an MBA or PGDM like most of my friends did it. I gave the CAT/MAT examination and to my surprise scored pretty well (above my expectations)

Got to know about JRE from someone and having seen the college, the people behind it, and other things like the Hostel etc.

Today when I look back to the day when it was my first day at college and today when it has been almost 4 months, I see a massive change in me.

The faculty is awesome ! The batch rocks ! The cafeteria, the mess, and the basketball court are my favorite places to hang around !!!! :)

All in all, I am enjoying the life @ JRE !

Students of JRE School of Management are organizing a Round Table Conference 'PRAVAKT 2012' on September 29, 2012.

PRAVAKT-2012 is a public relation conference on the topic €˜Red Herring Trends in Communication and Media €™ which comes as an endeavor to provide a platform to test - through rational discussions - the age old theory of advertisement and marketing in contrast with its latest theories via social media. The focal point of the session would be the changes brought about in communication media.

A wonderful interaction with JOHANNES BRENNECKE on the INTERNATIONAL BEHAVIOR and INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS , the problems and the culture of different countries like CHINA and GERMANY. We had a wonderful time interacting with Johannes on the effect of economic problems on GERMANY and cross culture business issues.

The jreians today organized "INSPIRA" where discussion was centered around the effective execution of ideas, how to launch a venture, what are the challenges faced, how to get funding from Venture capitalists and what needs to be taken care of while launching a new venture. The guest speakers were the industry experts who are the entrepreneurs themselves. we got to know many facts about the real scenario and the issues and above all great motivation in order to become an entrepreneur. An open forum for Q & A which helped students alot.

INSPIRA - 2013 was followed by a 4 level mentorship program where we were introduced with a ceo level mentor, a mid level mentor, a cxo level mentor and a entry level mentor. We got their contact info and decided some ground rules for further interactions with the mentors.
