Classes for the 2nd years are done now -the general mood on campus is nostalgic, melancholic -even in the midst of numerous placement and farewell parties!!! Though we look forward to the next big adventure, we will miss these 2 years at IMT Nagpur, our friends, our teachers... 😞

So far, we had relied on GMail, Google Groups, FB etc to share our thoguths and work material -but now on, we need no longer do so!
On Feb 18th, ICE (a.k.a Integrated Communications Environment) -IMT Nagpur's Official Communications Portal was launched. It was developed by a 2nd year student under the guidance of our faculty and IT staff. On ICE, we can create profiles, groups, share files, photos, videos, post IMTweets, have discussions, post classifieds (B-School events, jobs, lost and found) and much more.
Life at IMT N has just got a lot cooler!!!

IMT Nagpur was selected for the Star News National B-School Awards 2011 in the category for the best Industry Related Curriculum in Operations Management. The award ceremony took place in Hotel Lands End, Bandra, Bombay, on 12th Feb 2011.

Life @ campus is quite nostalgic now.. We have so much to do this month.. We bid farewell to our awesome seniors.. It was very sad seeing all seniors leaving the campus, who have helped us in almost all the ways they can.. We all Student managers of 2010-12 will miss you all seniors..


Best part is convocation which was held for the first time in our campus and chief guest was none other than Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal.

Life here moves on:

After awesome farewell.. It was time for presentations, assignments and class tests..

But amidst all this, We people are all set for Holi to be played tomorrow & traditions to be followed a day before playing Holi were performed by Ovia Committee.

Also, all are very much excited for their internships but before that we are supposed to face end term examinations scheduled from monday.

Life is never that easy!!

check this link.. previous posts.. your query will be very clearly answered and still if any doubt persist then you can contact..

To the best of my knowledge..

Highest package is of around 9L and lowest is 3.5L

To get exact information you can browse on that link cos there the data is given by the placecomm.. So It will be exact..

& trust me these things will not matter when placements go on.. As, getting job in a better company where in better growth opportunities are seen.. Ppl prefer that company..

Hi Stifler,

the comparison is ofcource not wid the underdogs, gowri has compared IMT N with the top colleges in its league, you cant expect a comparison between IMT-N and IIM.

Considering the fact that our college is just 5 years old, this seems to be an excellent achievement. We have shown a great improvement in the past and the stats given by gowri backs my point. Well its an individual perception but if u take my words IMT-N is one of the best bets to go for.

i m ruby shukla, got admission into IMT Nagpur (2011-13).can anyone tell me about the faculty, girls hostel, placement.. as the college is away from city..do u find evry facility inside the campus itself??plz seniors help me by providing ur valuable feedback..

Its a residential program so u don't have to worry about the girl's hostel.. If u r talking abt the type of rooms available.. Campus is known for its greenery and cleanliness.. Still if any doubt persists regarding the same we can have a chat for clear details cos its not possible to give every detail here..

u have both in house faculty and faculty from outside.. but all the faculty members are easily accessible and are for enough time to interact with students.. Every faculty phone number is also easily accessible and u can contact them any time..

I can assure u that IMT always give best 2 yrs of lyf to its students.. U will experience it very soon..
