This year, as humanity moves forward to obliterate health inequities, World Health Day 2021 propounds a 'fairer, healthier world for everyone'. The year-long campaign complies with WHO's constitutional principle that states, 'Enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health is one of the fundamental rights of every human being without difference of culture, religion, political belief, economic or social condition'.

We, at Goa Institute of Management, endeavour to achieve a future ensuring that the living and working conditions are conducive to good health.

Wishing everyone a hearty World Health Day.

The words of Mahatma Gandhi, "The world has enough for everyone's needs, but not everyone's greed.", keep echoing incessantly in our ears whenever we read anything about the rapid pace of the dreadful climate change. It is high time now, that we keep a check on our activities and work on ways to go forward towards a sustainable Earth for not just human beings, but every other living being.

GIM has always poised itself as an institute having active participation towards global social responsibilities and sustainability. It has continuously aligned itself with the directives of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

With resources being overshot every day as we walk, it is time that each one of us realises this fact more than ever that there is no Planet B for us to run away to.

Let this International Earth Day be an occasion for each individual to reflect upon their practices and contribute towards making Mother Earth a better place.

Is it worth doing BIFS from GIM?

Are the CMAT score based interview calls out yet?

“The needs of this generation have changed along with the choices available to them.”, penned Mr Ansh Makker (PGDM - BIFS 2021-23) in a thought-provoking blog for SOFIA - The Society of Finance on the topic: ‘Do we need to own a house?’
