In HFL as per the feedback I got employees work as a team and the learning opportunities are very good.....HFL is growing organization and it has great scope as Housing is a basic need and If I serve with all my mind and heart it will help the organization and me too. Timing Promostions and Recognition by awards and other benifits and interaction among all levels of management help to create a positive energy flow. So I feel I will certainly do very good as an HFL Employee.
If they tell that in HFL there is very much work pressure...
So tell that Diamonds cannot be formed without pressure....
