Hi guys, I hope all of you people are preparing hard for interview. I just thought of sharing my interview experience with lic hfl last year for assistant post. Nearly triple the count of ppl were called for interview from vacancy. I entered the interview hall after waiting for long long time. There were three HR's, a lady, one old man and a youngster. The lady and youngster had smiling faces however the old man was really serious. They made me to sit and started with usual question, Tell me about yourself, and then came the obvious question, why lic hfl after engineering, for which I was prepared to answer so managed well. Next question was how will you benefit this company with your engineering skills.. Then the old man asked a dozen of questions from my engineering background (CS).. He asked about ransomware attack and few other technical stuffs which were famous at that time. Then the lady started questions regarding housing finance like, what do you know about lic hfl, current chairman, products offered by lic hfl, which product you think as best in lic hfl, lot of questions on schemes developed by govt like PMAY etc. Couple of basic political questions from the lady. The youngster only asked personal questions like where all I stayed before, my hobbies, goal etc. Overall interview went for 20 mins. They kept on asking me questions until I said I don't know for one particular question. I was selected, joint but later resigned because of some reason( don't want to mention here). All the best to everyone.. people going for AM and associate posts, yes you came to a decent place. And ppl who are joining as assistant pls keep your competitive exam preparation alive for at least one year.
In lic hfl admit card it is mentioned that birth certificate is required. Can someone please clarify what should be done as I don't have birth certificate
