Is work experience necessary for AAO ?, I have been a private tutor for last 1 year so will it go against me, I mean what kind of work exp. will be considered for AAO
@neha.coool hey its a big and imp decision of ur life, so i can jst advice or guide u, let me first clear this angle... which is its tough for girls.. there r many women agents who r doing their job fabulously and as a DO u will be in a much better position as they r, as u have to manage dem, assist them and meet customers with agents as i have explained, and its not an alien field for women, i knw women who r lic dos and working very f9....if u feel u dnt have a flair for marketing den plz never ever join it...1 can only sustain as DO if he or she has flair and interest in marketing, let me tell u dis many lic probationary DO get frustrated, as they fail to achieve targets and lic never fires an employee, they themselves change their job, simple reason, this job was just a choice for them, which is wrong, u should have a flair and interest for it.. so if u r in this category (i mean not really interested in marketing, and just an option to leave ur present job) go ahead prepare for AAO and forget about ADO....becoz yes it does tests u( every marketing job is like dat),u will never regret it... AAO u knw administration work, here u should be a good follower..dozn really about interest and flair..and being an hr exec. u can relate to this job easily..
@kseven no buddy , no experience as such required, jus be prepared for interview questions like y lic aao? y not teaching? and even this trickey question how ur experience as a pvt tutor will help u in lic aao.. ?etc etc,which everybody will have to face( again depending on their experience) rest all is f9 no prob at all, prepare for aao exams....and dont worry at all atb

After submission of the online form and making the payment thru online, I noticed that I'd mentioned wrong city... Since I cannot edit the city now, can I apply again ?(since cant think of no other options, aur ek rs500 
). Will there be any problem if I keep all the other data same as before??
