Had my interview..in Chennai..by today noon.They were quite strict in certificate verification.Try to get conduct certificate frm gazetted officer to avoid controversies..

Regarding d interview,questions were

Tell me abt urself,do u know d role of dis job,ur native is difrnt..y did u opt chennai zone,hw wil u recruit agents,tel me d strategy tat u wil implement,wil u work if v post u in rural areas,do u hv two wheeler,indian population count,how population is related to insurance,wil ensurance industry survive in future,what is marketing,what is insurance,full form of irda,irda's role,new pm of australia,recently launched communication satellite by isro,1st lady ias of tamilnadu,y did u opt insurance job aft engg,whether u got placed in it company,how wil u use ur graduation in ur job,r u confident of achieving d target.

They spoked in tamil oly.Oly direct gk questions were asked in english.I replied them in english mostly.

Be confident.xpress urself.Tat is wat tey r expecting since this is essentialy a marketing job..

13) Difference between bond and debenture?

14) Will u like to work in rural areas?

Both the staffs and interviewers are cordial. Don't get tensed. Always smile bcz it is essential for marketing job.
