for NCZ Agra interview (16-9-2015 ) mein:
1-apke graduation ke subjects se related punchh rahe hain.
2.LiC ke bare me jo bhi kuchh pata hai uski history etc punchh rahe hain
3.insurance se related punchh rahe hain
4. ye puch rahe hain ki aap insurance kaise bechoge...yahi main objective hai unka ki banda insurance bech sakta hai ya nahi
5. agra ke office ke liye na toh application form and na hi biodata form ki jaroorat hai
6.marketing ke bare me bhi punchh rahe hain
7.father kya job karte hain ,kidhar job karte hain aise kuchh personal questions punchh rahe hain

I had interview today.
asked mainly about the the graduation subjects....and how will you use your technical education in the job...also questions were asked why did you leave the previous job...nothing asked about the organisation.
overall everyone were very helpful. if you do not have application form, not to worry.

Are they asking for character certificate in you call letter?
If not..are you going to the interview without it.
If yes then please tell others so that we can also get it done before the interview.
There is no mention of character certificate in my call letter.

There were 3 members in the panel. All male each communicating in different language.
1st member started asking questions in the local language.
Tell about the 3 phase of ADO profile?
after i answered this question...immediately
how do you achieve your target in all the three phases?
Then Why ADO profile y not bank PO?
After this 2nd member in english
What is term life policy?
what is the difference between endowment plan and unit linked insurance plan?
current lock in period for unit linked plan?
What is actuary in insurance?
3rd member
What are the current updates on insurance market?
how was the performance of LIC in the 1st quarter?
How is LIC different from other life insurance company?

INTERVIEW IN DELHI, TODAY Question asked to me. M1-) tell me about urself. ado work profile,how it is better than other job,lic market share,how many policy holder in india, diff between term and endowment plan,diff between lic and Gic. companies comes under gic,private company which provide life and general insurance,about lic various plan,quality u have for ths post, name delhi monument and who built it. M2-)i am from jharkand ,so they asked me about the politics of bihar. M3-)some economy related question,how will u recurit the agent,why we select u,lic assets value,.have u ever sold anything,do u have any lic policy,why not.
