Cut off should not cross 55 hopefully
Some people are creating baseless statements like easy shift marks will be reduced or tough shift marks will increase..It's better to have sanity.. Either they increase the tough shift markers or decrease the easy shift marks but they will not do both the things simultaneously..So, the cut off will be fixed for easy shift and tough shift marks will be increased accordingly as this has been the case with IBPS exams... As regards with accuracy, if anybody had written grade b 2018 phase 1 exam, you will know how the marks were normalised and it was based on accuracy.. People might have had similar experiences with other prelims as well and there is no need to explain this coz normalisation method adopted by IBPS is not easy to comprehend..So far nobody has come up to explain this..
The normalization process is always been a mystery to all of us! However, as far as I've noticed, I've got grace marks for accuracy a lot of times. I have attempted 64 questions in SBI PO 2018 and secured 67. The same happened with IBPS RRB last year. I believe, accuracy and the level of the paper, both combined will help us in gaining the so called "bonus points" -normalization marks. Level of the paper would obviously be found out by the maximum marks secured by a person in an easy shift and the maximum marks secured by a person in a relatively difficult shift. Accuracy might have a help us with with some bonus points, as in, probably for a person who succeeds in maintaining 100% accuracy might get reward points but surely less than the person who secured a certain amount of total(Their might be a upper limit for the same) with 100% accuracy in q relatively difficult shiff than that of the former one. For example - If a person has got 100% accuracy in a relatively difficult shift might get 5 reward points, in contrast to a person who has got 100% accuracy in a relatively easier shift might get 2 reward points, and for a person who secured 85-90+ accuracy marks in a difficult paper might get 2-3 reward points. This is just an assumption and I might be completely wrong as well.
