Hello guys if u are going to fill the form in lic ado so first read it carefully.
My dad is LIC AO and I have met many DO (promotion after ADO) who is getting commission 1lac to 1cr. annually besides salary. Well after recruitment in ado u have to make many agents so that they can bring policy and u will get commission on this. Remember u have to cross minimum limit otherwise u will loose your job. So u have to work hard in starting but once u make 200-300 agents u will live peaceful life and earn money from home.
And fill the form from those division where your native place belong because u know your area very well however it is not certain that u will get your native place u will get any place from division. And there is no transfer policy u have to stay there whole life however if u are bored with this job u can apply for promotion to ABM after 5 years.
So finally this job is not for those who love desk job.
But this job is suitable to those whose family member said ye larka awara hai kyunki awara larke hi logo ko influence karke unhe agent banwa sakte hai aur bima la sakte hai.
