Few good institutes offer lateral entry directly to 2nd semester, if you meet certain criteria.

My question is if I get lateral entry I would not be reading the subjects of 1st Semester. Will this have any impact later on other semesters/subjects?

Also, between SMU Flexi MBA, IMT & Welingkars which one is best?
