COMMUNICATION TEST
The Stage 3 of the selection process will be conducted at Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai
and New Delhi. However the Institu te reserves the right to change/delete any of these
venues, which will be intimated through a notice on our web site. Group Discussion is
generally held on the basis of a case study and the written communication test consists
of an essay writing on a contemporary topic.

Subject : Call Letter for Second Stage of Selection Process for PGDM 2010-2012 Batch
Dear Candidate,
Heartiest Congratulations on your being short listed for the Second Stage of Selection Process.
1. The process will be conducted at Bengaluru, Kolkata, Mumbai and New Delhi as per venue, date and timings given in the enclosed sheet. Kindly appear for the same at the time and venue mentioned in Annexure I.
2. No change of venue is permitted. However, if a candidate wishes to change the Date and Time for the same venue, he / she is requested to send an email giving Somaiya Online Form No, CAT No, old date and time and new date and time before 28th February 2009. No request for such changes will be entertained after this date.
3. Please bring with you the following documents for verification :
Original CAT Admit Card.
Original CAT Score Card.
SSC/HSC Mark sheet - original & certified photocopy.
Degree Certificate / Mark sheet - original & certified photocopy (Please ignore, if appeared/ appearing for degree exam). In case graduation is not completed, please bring mark sheets for all the previous semesters / years.
Original Work Experience Certificate along with a photocopy (if applicable). In lieu of experience certificate, a candidate may submit the following documents for all the companies he/she has worked for :
Copy of Appointment Letter and first Salary Slip
Copy of the latest Salary Slip from the company
Please note that if the original work experience certificate / other alternate documents are not produced at the time of GD/PI, no credits will be awarded whatsoever.
Candidates are advised that the Institute will award marks for experience to candidate depending on the relevance of their experience for the programme.
4. This call letter is subject to verification of all facts given in the Application Form.
5. Candidates are advised to present themselves at least half an hour in advance of the scheduled time.
6. Kindly take a print out of the student profile form from the website and fill up the relevant information and bring it with you for the Second Stage of Selection Process.
7. Please acknowledge receipt of this communication through email at [email protected]
8. Canvassing for admission in any form, including recommendatory letters, will lead to disqualification of candidates.

Anybody having kolkata as centre?
i got selected....i have only applied for PGDM IB.....cat score is 93.72..
But they havn't mentioned about the schedule of gd/pi n slot n timing etc....
Got PGDM call - Cat - 95.15 %ile
