they changed the exam date to 21 april 2013 (both afternoon and morning session) after the notification was published...
Guys, get shocked!!!
They called 300 clerks n 550 clerks will be absorbed b4 30 march 2014.
A total of 850 clerks finally made it from 5200 people called for interview.
So, if this be the case, 100 PO will be instantly offered job and 200 will be absorbed by the end of this FY.
So Sad, 1:6 Ratio they have followed

Each panel consists of 2 people (GM Rank).
One of them is observant while the other one asks questions.
As the applicants are mostly BE/B.tech so the first question was Why banking after BE
other questions were on banking rates , function of rbi, How RBI controls inflation by fixing reverse repo rate ,CAD , Basic commodities adding to import and export bills of India.
Impact of high Gold purchasing by Indians.

And how marketing and sales are important for Karnataka Bank in this era of Big Families joining Banking Buisness?
Overall they grill on a topic till they extract all u know about it.
My experience was good .
Opinion:In the Bio Data Form there is a column "If u want to mention any thing".If you are blank in that the documentation person will ask you to fill something.The options he gives is "Interested in marketting , Sales , Finance". Whatever you mention there questions would be on that topic itself.So write those things there on which you have nice grip.
