Ye cover news jarur padhna sab log 😊😊 PANAJI: The Supreme Court today dismissed a special leave petition filed by 46 candidates who had received offers of appointment to the post of commercial tax inspector under the then Congress government. The commissioner of commercial taxes had issued an advertisement inviting applications for the post of ommercial tax inspectors to fill up proposed 21 vacancies although only 13 vacancies were available on the date of issuance of the advertisement. Further, altogether 45 vacancies were sought to be filled up, which were more than double the posts advertised. The entire selection process was carried out in undue haste and the letters of offer of appointment were issued on the eve of the model election code of conduct by the erstwhile government. Post elections, the new government found that the entire selection process was vitiated, and it cancelled the offers of appointment. Challenging the decision, Chetan Digambar Kavlekar and 45 others moved the high court, which upheld the order of the state government to cancel the offers of appointment and held the entire selection was illegal and in violation of the rules of business. The high court had also held that “as on date of advertisement, there were only 13 vacancies by way of direct recruits available and the advertisement itself therefore, was illegal, as vacancies, therein, were much in excess of the clear vacancies available, as on that date”. Aggrieved, the petitioners moved the Supreme Court which had placed the matter for final hearing and disposal on October 25. Petitioners tried their best to create prejudices contending that the Parrikar-led BJP government cancelled their posting for political reasons, etc. The arguments for the state government were led by additional solicitor general of India Atmaram Nadkarni, along with advocate general Dattaprasad Lawandeand additional government advocate, S S Rebello. The apex court, after hearing both parties, upheld the order of the Bombay high Court and consequently upheld the state’s action, and dismissed the special leave petition filed by the petitioners.

हम क्यु न जाये सुप्रीम कोर्ट ,हमे परीच्छा देने के लिए मुकदमा लडना पर रहा है,अरे शर्म आनी चाहिए इस सरकार को जो छात्रो के जायज मांग को दबाना चाहती है और गलत नियम बनाने वाले नजायज निकम्मे अफसरो को बचाना.. ये लडाई तानाशाही के खिलाफ है ,ये तानाशाही नही चलेगी की खाना दिये और आधे पर से छीन लिए और कहते है कि हाथ मुंह घोकर बैठो फिर से देते है और एक बात और high court single bench के जज बेवकुफ थे जो फैसला छात्रो के हक मे दिए,हर कोई बिकाऊ नही होता, केस का उदाहरण देने वाले अच्छे से होमर्वक करले सुप्रीम कोर्ट कभी छात्रो के अहित मे फैसला न देता.

Ye hai 64th bpsc ki 1278 vacancies. Ye 56th to 59 , 60 to 62nd ,63rd bpsc ki exam li or ab 64th bpsc ki v exam le rahe hai all this in last 3 years 56th to 59th ki to interview v hogai.or humare jharkhand mai 6th jpsc hi clear nahi ho raha 2015 se. Bihar mai bssc shoti hai or humare jharkhand mai jpsc shoti hai. Hum students ka v kuch socho raghuvar jii.
i am very dissapointed from the verdict of high court about cgl i was also qualified in jssc cgl but unfortunately it was cancelled by govt i request to all my friends who was qualified in pre of cgl not to go sc it will took a long time and for us have alredy wasted two year so preprape for the upcoming cgl
i think the whole prosezure of cgl 2018 willl be completed within this financial year so preprare for the next or upcoming cgl vacancy
