I regret the decision of taking shortcut to achieve my goal of becoming a police officer in my home state by taking the route of JPSC. Day before yesterday, I couldn't sleep properly and in the morning I decided to let go the examination. I cancelled my plane ticket yesterday night. I had prepared each of the topics barring English Literature mentioned in the syllabus when the mains was scheduled for 29th Jan , 2018. I was extremely demotivated when they announced 34K results for prelims. I still wanted to write mains since I had already invested substantial amount of time preparing the syllabus. But the confusion that prevailed over the entire month has convinced me JPSC doesn't deserve a candidate like me who has worked very hard despite working in a very challenging private sector environment. I quit this exam with the hope that I will bounce back better with other ambitions and goals in my life. For all those taking the exam, I wish everyone all the very best!!
