A few clarifications for friends who are still confused: 1. We are rooting for a stay of proceedings at least for now because of the following - a. the fact that the erstwhile secretary's son is an aspirant, brings a new dimension to the conduct of examination. Clearly, the position of secretary is powerful enough to extend dishonest advantages to his relative. He might have or might not have already done that, we will never know. It is certainly not illegal for his son to appear in the exam but it is definitely unethical, unprofessional and questionable for him to hold a post from where he is in a position to benefit his relative. b. There's no information on question papers. For how long question paper has been set. If it's long enough there's every chance of discretion being compromised. Proofreaders could have memorized most of the questions. And so forth and so on. c. It's not illegal for a govt. to extent pt result, nor is it out of the prerogative of the commission- it had already reserved that right in a declaration that we all signed. Remember, the clause ' commission's decision shall be final' ? d. However when you add the new dimension to the recent developments, serious questions are raised wrt rationality of a 34 k result, securing hard copies of mains form, issue of 34 k admit card when self professedly 27 k forms received, inconsistent and contrasting statements released before media etc. In totality, all this point to a less than honest air and a breach of standard operating procedures. e. Finally, as regards reservation policy, the fight is not as much about legality as it is about fair play and adequate representation. The draft by-laws is flawed. Legally, 1st list pt result was right inasmuch as the commission had quite cunningly made you sign that if you seek reservation and submit credentials to that effect you will be considered only under the reservation category - a preposterous and weird proposition aimed at undermining the privileges of the reserved. But you signed it nonetheless as most of the aspirants would being not lawyers. f. But no amount of legal clairvoyance will hold water against a united front and the spirit of democracy and the doctrine of adequate representation and transparency. So truth will prevail no matter what.
Is there any chance that even after exam.. the court can declare the exam to be invalid (bcz of the breaking of 15 times rule)?

The people who really want that exams be conducted on time, i.e 28th of January, 2019..pehle yeh baat jaan le, waise bhi exams time pe toh ho nahi rhe. Naukari har category ko chahiye..ur/St/sc/obc.. but ab yeh baat soch le ki iss exam ki credibility kitne baachi hai? Sirf exam Dena hi agar aapka aim hai toh pls coaching ya test series le.. 5 saal se hum bhi frustrated yahan baithe hai but my question to pro exam people is this, what do u want? Exams or to get into a fight which may not be over even after u have sat for the exams? Logical hai sab, pls dimaag lagaye.

Even a 10th standard child would have conducted the jpsc exam with utmost fairness and would have given impartial judgement,but these highly educated officials are so corrupt and incompetent that they have sold all shame.
