#6th_JPSC_MAIN_EXAM #Court_Case आज पंकज पाण्डेय केस में लगभग 45 मिनट तक जोरदार बहस हुई| जेपीएससी और सरकार ने एडमिट कार्ड जारी कर देने की दुहाई दी, लेकिन जज साहब ने इसको काटते हुए कहा कि हम केवल लीगल मैटर पर बहस सुनेगे| आज छात्रों के पक्ष में फैसला आने वाला ही था कि सरकारी अधिवक्ता यह कहकर भाग गए कि मैं आज अच्छी तरह तैयारी कर नहीं हूँ| जज साहब ने पहले नंबर पर कल का डेट दे दिया.

JPSC hamesh se exam postponed karta aaya or sayad aage bhi karta rahega,,
HC ki hearing hoti aayi hai or hoti rahegi..
BANDHUWO humlog bhi Kai salon se isake chakkar me padhate aaye hain to kyu na fir continuous padhate rahe, exam bhi ho hi jayega, is exam me jitane stack holder ( jaise ki JPSC, government, judiciary etc)hain wo sab apna kaam rha to humlog bhi kyu na apna kaam aankh band karake kare, warna isame apna hi ghaata or kisi ka kuch nhi jata please show your assent and dissent on my post...

Why jharkhand has become an exceptional case ??why reservation policy is not being followed in true spirit in jharkhand?why The tribals, dalit and the backward people ,in jharkhand is not getting their due share in govt jobs?? The answer to all above question lie in one explanation that is situation of jharkhand is very analogous to pre-independence situation of country India wherein foreign elements used to decide every things for native people. Similary, in jharkhand, the policy making is done by large vested interest who donot belong originally from jharkhand. The situation which has arisen in jharkhand is going to spread in other state also very soon ..the some general category students and outsiders are justifying the jpsc pre-result declared in first list because they do have vested interest in this.. Why such things dont happen in bihar, UP.. why reserved category students of other states avail reservation benefits in prelims stage also despite the fact that tribals, dalit and backwards people from jharkhand are relatively more backward as compared to those belonging to our neighbourhood states... The jharkhand administration and legislature have been hijacked by the foreign element based in our soil and the native poor people being ignorant not able to understand the things in its facevalue.. The situation has been exacerbated in jharkhand by both the national political party BJP and INC..in the garb of hindutva BJP is cleverly mobilising the sentiments of backward hindu people in one hand, and at the same time, exploiting the ignorance of the native downtrodden , they are coming with the new rules which are not only anti-tribals, anti-dalit and anti-backward but also anti-jharkhand and are only being exceptionally applied for jharkhand people.. The ill-motives of these foreign elements has got some indirect support from some of tribal leaders who are made to understand that tribals in jharkhand have been exploited none other than by non-tribals mainly by obcs.. IN THIS SITUATION, political leaders from regional party from jharkhand mainly JMM, JVM AJSU have to take initiatives to come out with more inclusive agenda which should take care of interest of not only tribals but also for backward caste people,minority and also for poor People from general category Also ,.infact one new more movement is needed to uproot these Foreign vested intrested group of people and for this ,unity of native both from tribals non tribals is the need of the hour...we need to shed all our differences otherwise situation is very perilous and the the main motive of creating Jharkhand is soon going to take the back seat.. I sincerely appologize to all who do feel that by writting this i am emanating my regionalistic feeling, but i do justify the same because the circumstances in jharkhand are the such that entails such knowlege sharing otherwise it would be too late for all the people who belong to jharkhand. . Enough! Pathetic. This judiciary is sold as well. You can't wait for the decision to resume your study for the exam you're supposed to write after 5 days. Everything is set, every negligence would bring students on their knees, and at the end, it is you who would taste failure and no one. A day gone is an opportunity lost. I sincerely ask all the fellow aspirants in this forum to keep studying. Believe me, we all will blame ourselves for the result at the end. The government, the judiciary alongwith unscruplous Commission are good for nothing. See, how they're acting tentatively and we're no way out. At Prima facie, it appeared just as an accident nonetheless releasing admit card was the part of this conspiracy too. If you'd ask the government for not having last productive time, they'd come with the statement that- admit card was released at appropriate time, and its our fault not theirs. Please discuss the topics/syllabus/papers with aspirants around here if you need and make this last crucial time productive for us before ominous dark clouds gather overhead and we lose everything. JPSC ke mamle me hame majak bna ke rkha hai,sare mile hue hai.ham student bi aaps me ladae kr rhe hai.abi 34 k student hai mains ke liye,15 guna with res result de bi de to kya dubara case vo log nhi krenge jo bahr honge. kya ve dhrna ,pradarshan nhi krenge.34 k me sc,st,obc nhi hai kya? ve bi to bahar honge smsya ka smadhan 15 guna result me hai to krwaeye bt exam eske bad ho jaega .ye aasha kam hai i hope es matter me hm aapas me na lare aur koi smadhan hai to kripya apna vichar dijie
Mains 28 ko h...yaha writing practice krna bnd kro..
Again hearing schedule to tomorrow. Till then study , study and study. ✌️✌️
Court se date milti rahegi fir 28/01/2019 Pahuch jayega.
I had appeared for the first JPSC....it took around 5 years of my precious time n I couldn't clear the mains. appeared for 2nd JPSC but didn't appear for Mains as I thought better to attend cousin's marriage rather than appearing for 2nd Mains.
after that shifted to private sector....but thought to take last chance for JPSC in a hope to return to home state. But it seems JPSC is still the same which it used to be in its initial time.

BC exam cancel hua to sidhe Goa beach par land karunga. 5 din beer aur cigarette pike frustration nikalunga. Chhutti bhi utilize ho jaayega.... Depression se bahaar aane mein. Waise mujhe abhi bhi lagta hai exam hoga 28 se.Ye govt ki bewkoofi hogi...28 se exam cancel karna.Kyunki har situation aur condition mein koi na koi virodh karega hi....Ye sarkar ko samjhna chahiye.
