Hey guys, can somebody please share the pdf version of today's verdict. From what I have heard is HC has declined from interferring with cabinet's decision of extending the result and has asked the commission to conduct mains asap. However it has not directed for an extended result and JPSC has already pre-emptively declined from coming out with the new list in the near past. If the above is true, IMO, the mains will be conducted on the second list which was declared in August. Correct me if my analysis or information is incorrect.
छठी जेपीएससी की मुख्य परीक्षा का रास्ता साफ हो गया है। हाईकोर्ट ने सरकार के संशोधित रिजल्ट निकालने के निर्णय को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका खारिज शुक्रवार को खारिज कर दी। अदालत ने सरकार के निर्णय को सही बताया और इसे चुनौती देने वाली पंकज कुमार एवं अन्य की याचिका खारिज कर दी। कोर्ट ने सरकार और जेपीएससी को संशोधित रिजल्ट जारी कर मुख्य परीक्षा शीघ्र कराने का निर्देश दिया। सुनवाई के दौरान सरकार की ओर से कहा गया कि 12 फरवरी 2018 को सरकार ने छठी जेपीएससी के पीटी परीक्षा की संशोधित रिजल्ट जारी करने के संबंध में अधिसूचना जारी की। इससे अभ्यर्थियों की उत्तीर्ण होने की संख्या बढ़ रही है। इसमें पूर्व में पीटी परीक्षा में पास होने वाले किसी अभ्यर्थी को बाहर भी नहीं किया जा रहा है। ऐसे में इस आदेश से किसी को कोई आपत्ति नहीं होनी चाहिए। वहीं, पंकज कुमार की ओर कहा गया कि नियुक्ति के लिए विज्ञापन में दिए गए शर्त से ज्यादा अभ्यर्थियों का पीटी परीक्षा में चयन किया जाना नियमानुसार सही नहीं है। दोनों पक्षों को सुनने के बाद कोर्ट ने गुरुवार को अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था। शुक्रवार को कोर्ट ने इस मामले में अपना फैसला सुनाते हुए सरकार के निर्णय को सही ठहराया ।
the latest verdict of high court on jpsc is another example of total breakdown of rule of law in the country. i don't see the things in isolation. many issues are interconnected. i have said earlier also, this is not only about jpsc. there is a serious malaise that is gradually and steadily gripping the entire nation. things happening in karnataka, for example, not even outrage us any more. we have accepted these as normal. and this is not 1975 when communication system was in primitive state compared to what we have now. supreme Court judges laugh about the karnataka affairs in courtroom and crack jokes. these are just few examples. everyday is replete with such cases. that the high court can validate such a preposterous decision by the jharkhand government speaks volumes of the pathetic state of affairs we have in our country. executive, legislature, judiciary, media, they all have abdicated their responsibilities, and are indulged in malpractice, corruption and immorality. things will only go downhill from here
if on the lines of hdi, there is some ranking done of countries that captures the state of morality prevalent in those countries, i am 100% sure india would come last, much below its "arch rival" pakistan.

Achchai ki burai pe jeet! What a pot boiler karnataka has been. Misuse of all government machinery could not pull through victory for the vicious party. Hope Jharkhand too shows the door to these inept guys. Then maybe we can have at least some real job creation for the youth (pls excuse me for some political overtones). Paani sir se upar ho raha hai. ..if they don't see clear writing on the wall they should be thrown out of power. Then maybe at least 2 se 3 cycles of state pcs can conclude. Times are changing and the youths will not be taken for a ride under the garb of skill India start up India, mudra and all. Hail good karma (some may disagree but I don't care 😂)

wah modiji. desh ka almost puri tarah se watt laga kar ab yeh virat kohli ke saath challenge challenge khel raha hai. modiji pm banein hai rock performance dene ke liye( like in madison square), selfie lene ke liye, videsh ghumne ke liye, rally karne ke liye, man ki baat karne ke liye. aur ab challenge challenge khelne ke liye. job, soldiers and civilians dying everyday on border, increasing crime against women, corruption, pollution, yeh sab ke liye modiji ke paas samay nahi hai. ab 20 ghanta kam karne wale modiji kya kya karenge
exam kab tak hone ki possibility hai ...? any guess ...
