Finance Manager – ACCA/CIMA/ACA (Logistics) for UK

Job Description :
1. Initiate and co-ordinate the creation of the operational budget
for the site in partnership with the site management team.
2.
Manage and monitor site financial KPI`s and report accordingly for both
NDL & customer reporting deadlines – weekly/period/quarterly.
3. Review contract requirements to fully understand the customer
needs, both current and long term, and ensure appropriate solutions are
found to ensure the customer`s needs are met in full.
4. Provide financial analysis regarding business case submissions and CIP initiatives for the site.
5. Be responsible for the audit MAP and Payroll process including monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
6. Operate effectively as a member of the site Leadership team and
undertake other senior management tasks as required by the site
including provision of out of hours support.
7. Manage the
onsite payroll function and liaise with Head Office functions as
necessary to deal with payroll issues arising.
8. Maintain and develop the KPI period reporting pack.
Experience:
