Hi, in current times job security is the top most priority for most of us and hence lots of people are looking towards PSUs after MBA. But what are the opportunities for someone with an MBA and 2-3 Yrs of PSU experience to shift to a private company. I personally have a BTech (Mech) and MBA-IB and 2 Yrs of Workex in a PSU (International Trade). Do private companies prefer/don't prefer candidates with PSU experience as they fear work culture difference? what options one has if he/she wants to make this career move.
