I am placed in HCL(waiting for my joining letter), currently at the end of PGDAC from CDAC, Ecity, Bengaluru. some questions bother me.

does HCL allow its employees to go for further education like M.S, M.B.A etc??

companies like Bosch, Textron etc., are going to recruit students from CDAC this season. if get HCL joining before the drives start, what should i do? Packages here will be higher than what HCL is offering me(3.25lpa).
