What was the cutoff of written test for interview call in ISRO 2016 mechanical general catagory??

[email protected] This is the email link for ISAC 01:2017 notification for recruitment of Scientist SC in MTech posts. In last year advertisement the date to fulfill the eligibility criteria was 29/08/2016 as mentioned in there ADVERTISEMENT NO.: SAC-DECU:02:2016 Dated: 06/08/2016 at IMPORTANT INFORMATION : point 7 but this year they bring the notice 5 months earlier and the cutoff date for qualification is 06/03/2017 which makes the final year MTech students not eligible for this employment. So I am hereby all you guys out there to send this information to the email mentioned and ask them to increase the cutoff date to atleast the date of interview which will be held in june 2017 tentatively.
How much time should we wait? Being a second year drop student, it is difficult to search for short term career opportunities too. I am so frustated right now. Does someone have any ideas for short term career plans? I am open to suggestions.

What ISRO people are saying is that... Even they are not aware of exact date of publishing result. They are also happily admitting that they are saying all these things like by this weekend, last week of month, 1at week of March and all. What they are meant that results are subjected to approval by chairman availability. As ISRO higher authority people are being busy in other things, so it is getting late. In exact terms, as soon as it gets approved.. It will be published. It is not matter of shorting the list,its simple organisational hierarchy maintained inside system itself. That's where we are lacking to move things fast. Event though ISRO directly works within PMO,still we have to face such issue. So it's better not to wait, just relax, let it come as it comes.
I request all of you guys to use isro twitter handle and use that to ask them for specific date. Do this, it might help, as they are having keen view on twitter to promote their launches and all.. I just twitted... You guys try that option too as calling ICRB is not working.
