hi guys, my friend passed btech 4 years back. As he is working under bond period in a bank, he can't submit Noc to isro interview.Will the 4 years' gap make big negative impressions on isro interview??
I work for a private company. Do i need to submit NOC from the employer? I haven't sent any NOC during the application thinking that its only for PSU, Central Govt etc. But after looking at this i found myself confused. "Those who are already employed under Central/State Govt/PSU/ Autonomous Bodies should produce "No objection certificate" from the employer concerned. " This was written in application instructions.What does autonomous mean does it include private entities like TATA, Mahindra etc?
