I think you can decide based on personal requirements....

ISB's one year program(no internship) vs Rotman's 2 yr program; career enhancing options vs career switching options

Working in India vs Canada;
Both are top schools in their respective countries

ISB is cheaper than Rotman

International classroom in Rotman vs an Indian dominated classroom in ISB (Both will have rich experience though)

So since they are very different courses it might be easier to decide.... Although if you need mre school specific information, you should post in the Rotman and ISB specific threads..
