I have recently started thinking seriuously about ISB. Have read quite a bit about it on various threads.
Can anyone advise how to take very first steps and what they should be.

I am an assistant manager with a leading bpo in Gurgaon with a total working experience of close to 6 years.

Have you already taken the GMAT, or yet to do that?

also, if you have already appeared for GMAT and have a valid score, you may want to apply in the first round of applications to ISB, which I think has a deadline of sometime in Sep/Oct this year.
