Just a little tip to people done with their interviews and getting anxious/restless/crazy. Read Fiction. Read all the books you always wanted to read, but never had the time to. Take yourself to another world. Will help you and will help all others who are still to give interviews or receive interview calls. Important/more relevant information will have less chances of getting lost.

Done with my interview. They asked me about my key responsibilities and what initiatives i have taken at my workplace. It was mostly about my work and how i'll try to bring in change in my current organization. I am a PSU applicant. It lasted for about 15 minutes only. No why MBA why ISB stuffs. Having mixed feelings about how it went. Could have done better but i guess everyone feels that way. Hope the debrief helps. All the best to you guys who are yet to face the interview.

I had someone ask me to answer how to best prepare for an interview. Good question but kind of too long to answer her. There are way too many variables such as who takes your interview (alum vs adcom), and the geography the school is in. Plus you can never guess what they can *possibly* ask :mg:
However, you can surely be mentally prepared for an interview. Here are a few "hacks" that I guarantee work in most cases (especially the f2f ones like at ISB):
1) Be positive - if in your mind you are going to be tense, then it is going to show it in the interview. Do some breathing exercise and try to do visualisation - a standard self-hypnosis technique. Always good to relieve the stress. This is called "positive self affirmation" - google for it.
2) Be relaxed - if you think everyone is going to screw you over, then you are probably correct. If you think everyone at the panel is trying to help you, then again you are probably correct. I am not kidding - just google "positive reflection".
3) Be smart - try to answer things you are confident about. The interviewers don't come with a fixed agenda. There is a trick by which you can actually get them to ask the question *you* want them to ask. I kid you not.
