B.Tech-73.5% 

B.Tech- Cultural coordinator & NSS volunteer in college

Work experience:- around 49 months at time of application.

Experience :

Operations - worked in a startup for 1 year.

IT - worked as analyst in IT company for 9 months.

Currently  working in Infosys Ltd from last 2 years in ITIL domain.

CSR: Volunteer In Infosys Foundation and a part of event management .

Plz suggest what other extra efforts I can put on to enhance my profile.

I made a re applicant account .While i was doing that, i was asked to select the information to be used from the previous application.I ticked all of them.However as I see now , the new application has all fields incomplete requiring me to fill out everything again.Did anyone else have the same problem?Thanks

Dear All, I don't have much knowledge about ISB admission procedures. I am sharing my current profile... X- 86.71% XII - 85.40% B.Tech - 96% Work Experience: upto June 2016 it will be 24 months. (working in L&T Construction) Had an internship in Solar Based company for 10 months during my final yr. State level Gold medalist in creative writing. Want to leave job in june'16 and give GMAT. So for 2017 batch 1. Am I eligible enough.? 2. GMAT Score required..? 3. When can i apply for 2017 batch..? Please provide your valuable suggestions. Thanks to all...

HI,

In the documents upload section, where we need to upload "Under graduate marks sheets or transcripts", can't we upload all the marks sheets from sem 1 to sem 8? We do not get the compiled score cards. And I do not see provision to upload the all the mark sheets. 

Second option: Can I upload making the 8 paged pdf scanning all the marks sheets in single file?

Hi I have been on & off this vehicle of MBA due to many reasons...personal & professional. But, somehow I need to break the shackles!! Got stuck up good time in PSU (9.5yrs)!! Dying for switch over my career for good. But after so many years and a decent package at hand (and hoard of responsibilities on head!!!) I am finding it difficult to decide!!. Hence I solicit some expert advice as to know if my decision to board this vehicle of ISB for 2017 class is justifiable!!

My credentials are as below:

Xth-73.5%

XIIth-80%

B-Tech (Electrical)-63.5%

M-Tech- Discontinued (just for info, will that ruin my chances??)

Work Ex- 1) HAL-Assembly of Sukhoi-30-13months

                2) NMDC-Mines - 6 months

                3)RINL-VSP-Steel Industry - 9 years-till date

I have shortlisted 3 options- IIM-EPGP, IIM-PGPX or ISB.

Just Started Solving Sentence correction OG16

What is the ideal time to take the exam if I can prepare within 2 months? What should be a safe score? and what to study after completing OG16?

R2 Applicants taking essay feedback from random 'MBA' friends or relatives/R1 applicants/ISB Alumni with limited application exposure - it may get counter-productive. If at all you have to go by gut feeling, it would rather be yours than someone else's!

I have declared Father's Income as "0" and uploaded proof in "upload document" column. But when I am trying to submit, it says "Father's gross income to be filled".  Adcom please help @ISBmantra.com

Hi! Need to know about 2 things: - Can CFA L1 be mentioned as professional qualification? In the list CFA US is not given - My evaluator is not from my current company, but since we have to mention the current manager's details, would ISB reach out to them on submitting the application?

Hi... just a quick question: Will the Evaluator be sent online forms after we submit the application? Does this mean that the application has to be submitted safely before the deadline (15th January, 2016 for R2)?

The deadline for R2 closes on 15th January EOD, right ? Or is there a particular time mentioned anywhere ?

I could see only 4 essays for reapplicants as well.Is there no optional essay for reapplicants?

Hi ! Since I do not have too many co curricular awards or participation in my college days.. Which one should I choose between? 1) participation in debate competition in college Or 2) co curricular activity award in school days?
