I have a querry. In my industry you can expect to have a package of around 11-12L after working for 4 years. Will it be a good decision to leave current job and join a colg investing almost 40L and be debt ridden for a good part of next 5-8 years. Moreover I can't even expect a great salary hike keeping in mind avg salary for people with 4 years of work ex and also incorporating high EMIs.I know salary is not the only thing under cosideration but still it is an important criteria while deciding on further studies.
Any insights will be helpful.
