I'm sure a lot of admits have had their companies wanting to sponsor their education at ISB. Mine has too.
However, I'd like to know about ISB's policy regarding placements of sponsored candidates. Are they allowed to appear for placements like the others...? Or is there any rider...?

Before my masters i was working in Pioneer Power, basically related to Construction of Sub station , as a Site Engineer for one year
Then after my masters i was recruited in Voltas International and i am presently based in UAE for about 2.5 years as a Planning Engineer. Voltas also takes up Large scale project and is involved in doing HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing.
Achievements:-
1. I have done the value engineering and cut down the total costing of Electrical Items and introduced huge savings when i was in Pioneer power.
2. Applied methodologies to cut down the down time of labours.
3. Introduce a method to control the Productivity of the Labours.
4. Productivity method was even praised by Tata Business Model committee.
Was involved with a NGO when i was in India .
I want to know that what gmat score should i target and how much it will be difficult for me to get in ISB since i have already done my masters earlier.
What is the probability of getting an interview call for my profile: 10th- 94.3% 12th-97.3% Btech- 81.42 JNTU, 2 years of work ex in Deloitte, GRE:313, very good extra cirr and very good academic as well as professional achievements along with an internship.
For an ISB reapplicant, does the third essay have to be related to what changes have come to my life since last application? or can it be general information not covered in the first two essays.
Given this year, the essay paterns have changed a little, would love from insights from any reapplicant who got in the first round? or the ISB admin ofcourse. Thanks so much.
Hey! Have a doubt. My evaluator has switched to another company now. In the designation and organization blank, should I give his current designation and organization or should I give the organization that we were a part together and the corresponding designation?
