Hi guys, just a quick reality check from you all who all are experienced and been through this situation.

I am going to have 4 years of experience in January and planning to give my 1st CMAT in Feb.

Before even preparing for it, wanted to know whether my years of experience will work in my favor or against me? Because I heard over experience people are not considered for most placements.

Is 4 years of experience gone be taken as over experienced?
