I have a query. I am a fresher. Is a career in SAP (2-3 years) enough to pursue an M.Sc in Information Technology?

My main priority would be to do an M.Sc in IT. I have also got an offer from Infosys. Would it be better for me to go to Infosys so that it helps me during the M.Sc admissions or working in SAP in a lesser known company enough to get you through?
