Is it worth doing Executive MBA (Part time) from XLRI after Distance MBA (SMU)?

Dear all,

I'm an HR professional with an overall experience of 10 years approx. Currently I'm working as HR Manager in a service company. I completed Distance MBA course from Sikkim Manipal University (SMU) in 2009. Will it boost my career as an HR manager if I do an Executive MBA (Part time) from XLRI now? Will this course along with my 10-12 years of experience in HR be equivalent to a full time MBA in HR from a reputed organization? Please suggest.

It's my first year of MBA and I am satisfied with my degree. Demand of executive MBA is increasing in the market and you can easily do a part time job along with your degree.
