 Is there a bond for IPPB? And any info on how HRA will be given for Scale 2, if accommodation is not provided?  Only those who have some idea reply, don't give replies like "focus on interview" etc. Priorities vary for each individual.

 Does it make sense to join IPPB  (SCALE 3 ) LEAVING   PSU  (scale 2 ) with following disadvantage of IPPB 

-Only sales oriented work, no advances 

--only  10 %urban branches 

- no staff loans and staff benefits 

-uncertainty about payment banks future
