basically i want to enter into company's core business, strategies planning and decision making, which is not possible with only engineering qualification at an early stage and that's the reason i want to pursue MBA..!!

Bro,u dnt need to do MBA for developing communication skills, public talk etc. Several small time courses and grooming sessions are available for the same. I doubt whether u were serious while writing this post or wrote it just for the sake of writing.
